One of the major highlights of this trek is the monasteries that are more than 500 years old.

This is a moderate to strenuous trek from 2,805m (9,200ft) to (5,364m/17,600ft) with the optional day hikes up to 5545m (18,200ft). Accommodation will be in comfortable lodges run by Sherpa families.
