Borderlands PDP organized three day long “Leadership Development Program” for Demo Nepal- Joint Youth & Student’s Platform on 9th to 11th February 2012 at Trishuli Beach Camp, Thewatar. There were total 25 participants from different student/youth political leaders from different political parties of Nepal. Various team building activities and initiatives were used during the course of the program. Besides this “Keep it real” exercise where the teams had to manoeuvre the rafts on Trisuli themselves was a very interesting and useful exercise for participants. Participants expressed that entire activities including banner presentation, dream exercises and value sessions were really inspiring for them to encourage team work and unity.

The Borderlands PDP conducted a Two Day long Professional Development Program (PDP) for NCELL’s ICR and Fraud & Revenue Section Team on January 27rd to 28th, 2012 at Borderlands Eco Adventure Resort. The main objectives of the program was to provide the participants an opportunity to work together as a good team, outside the office environment (through various games and initiatives), to encourage teamwork and unity and to have fun and to get to know their colleagues better. Series of out door activities, initiatives including the low rope course and rafting on the Bhote Koshi River with the theme “Keep It Real” were used during the program. The entire programs were highly participative providing a stimulating mix of activities, exercises, role play, and facilitator led review.
