The Borderlands PDP organized half day team building program for The Philips Team on 28th April, 2011 at Gokarna Forest Resort. There were total of 41 participants. This half day program saw active participation from The Philips Team. The participants enthusiastically participated in the various games and initiatives. The participants said that the program was a fun-filled event and it also focused on experiential learning. They further said that they understood each other better and also felt that the team building was successful in enhancing their trust among each other, team work, leadership skills, planning and implementation and coordination among other things.

The program started with some ice breaker activities, the event included some exciting problem solving initiatives and Indoor presentation which were performed in 3 sub groups followed by collective team activities to elicit merging as a bigger team with a Motto of Growing to the Maximum.
The Team Building Activities was much appreciated by all and express that it helped them understand each other better while enhancing trust, communication, planning and solving problems effectively and efficiently.



Borderlands PDP and Trainings organized a 3 day Team Building Program for Association of Community Radio Broadcasters, ACORAB from 22 – 24 April 2011 at Borderland Resort. The team consisted of 16 participants from ACORAB Nepal and focused on building trust and support mechanism, effective communication and team bonding besides having fun and relaxing outside the work environment.
Upon arrival at the resort the participants were welcomed and briefed on safety & resort’s facilities. After lunch, the team building program began with some Ice breaker activities followed by some exciting problem solving initiatives which were performed in 2 separate groups. All team activities elicit learning, merging together, formulating strategies and visioning for a collective future. The last day was a real team bonding test when the team members went rafting on the Bhote Koshi River. The participants were encouraged to steer the raft through some rapids enabling them to understand each other better.
All members of ACORAB team were highly enthusiastic and thoroughly enjoyed the games and the learning drawn from them.



Ultimate Descents Nepal organized a private Seti-Karnali fishing trip in west Nepal. The Karnali River is also known for Masheer fishing in west Nepal. This remote region far removed from urban influence is known for frequent sighting of diverse wildlife.

This 14 days trip guided by Mr. Megh Ale, the Managing Director of Borderlands Group was highly successful in Masheer sighting and paves way for Nepal as commercial fishing destination.
