Borderlands PDP & Training organized a day team building program for Exodus, UK on 26^th Feb at Godavari Village Resort. 35 participants mostly consisting of outdoor leaders and mountain climbers had a fun filled day along the theme of working together for collective results.

The Borderlands PDP organized two days Retreat Program for staffs of UNHCR Nepal at Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu from 31^st Jan to 1^st Feb. There were a total of 161participants from both Kathmandu and Damak offices. This two-day program saw active and equal participation from all UNHCR staffs. The participants enthusiastically participated in the various games and initiatives.

Speaking during and after the program, the participants said that the program was a fun-filled event yet it also focused on experiential learning. They further said that they understood each other better and also felt that the retreat was successful in enhancing their trust amongst each other, verbal and non-verbal communication, team work, leadership skills, planning and implementation and coordination among other things.

UNHCR country Representative Mr. StÉphane JAQUEMETA appreciated the efforts of the Borderlands team and said that the retreat was a good one. The participants said that they learned a lot of things that would better assist them to carry out their day –to day work.
